At Bargain Balloons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home events and celebrations. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused, original-packaged balloons and accessories into a secure shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
